About us
IMMOVITRINE INTERNATIONAL has been publishing private-seller property listings since 2012.
What we do
We connect owners selling in France with buyers all over the world. Listings are published in several languages so that a French seller can be found by a buyer who does not speak French — which is exactly why this English-language site exists.
We are not an estate agency. We do not take part in negotiations, we do not view properties and we take no commission on the sale. Our work ends where the contact between the two parties begins.
Why no commission
In France, an estate agency's commission usually represents between 4% and 8% of the sale price. That amount brings the buyer no additional guarantee: the legal security of the transaction comes from the notaire, whose involvement is mandatory and whose fees are set by the State.
Here the seller pays for a listing, not a percentage. The buyer pays nothing.
Where the listings come from
Some come from owners who list directly with us. Others come from our long-standing catalogue, built up since 2012 and browsable at immovitrine-international.com. Every listing links back to its source, where you will find the full details and how to contact the owner.
Listing a property
Listings are published on our main site, which handles seller accounts and payment.
